The BOST Product Losses Internal Committee has been meeting with Bulk Distribution Companies over their findings from an inquiry into BDCs’ claims for the loss of BDC stock under the custody of BOST between 2013 and 2015.
The Committee engaged OilChannel and Hask Oil Limited in its first week of sitting. Whilst OilChannel claims were wholly corroborated by the Committee in its findings. However, the claims of Hask were refuted.
Hask Oil indicated that they are in court on the same subject and refused to cooperate with the Committee.
