The recently increased fuel prices have been reduced after public uproar and disaffection towards government.
The 17 pesewas per litre increase in fuel margins was previously announced.
This pushed the pump prices to Ghc6.130 for both petrol and diesel.
But the National Petroleum Authority (NPA) in a statement has reduced the 17 pesewas per litre increase in fuel margins to 9 pesewas.
The reduction is expected to take effect from Wednesday May 5.
